The new Madslug 150 is an excellent sandeel imitation - it does certainly look similar to some old classics like the Slug-Go and XLayer. However it is the look that is similar, the Madslug is really quite soft and tapers off quite quickly making for a very soft and flexible lure that is going to wriggle quite a lot on most retrieves.

There are many rigging options that will suit the Madslug, weedless hooks and weedless or open hook jig heads.....
